EasyHotel Budapest: review of cheap city center rooms

It was nice to see a new accommodation service in the downtown of Budapest. Small, clean rooms for money savers, backpackers.

Is it easy to find a great hotel in the city center? Yes. The airport is only 25 kms far (30-45 minutes travel by taxi or train). EasyHotel Budapest is perfect place in the downtown to enjoy a weekend, a night with parties, pubs and sightseeings.

Normal check-in time: from 15:00

Check-out: until 10:00 hours -they need time to clean the rooms for the next guests.

+ Funny: all children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is enough place for a small child. Pets are not allowed (no hamster, no cats).

+ The staff can help with directions and some programs (sightseeing tours). They speak perfect English at the reception.

+ Great public transportation facilities are available too (non-stop).

+ The hotel has good access to the Ferihegy 1 Airport. Just take the trains at Nyugati, very cheap service, as quick as a good taxi-transfer (out of the rush hours). The train stops next to the terminal.
